Task management

The task system makes it possible to enter tasks in the system. Each task is given a deadline, and the system will highlight tasks whose deadline has been exceeded.

Tasks can be linked to individual members, and this can for example be used to follow up on members at a point further in the future. Here the task system will remind you when a task must be completed, so you do not have to remember all the small and large tasks related to for example members yourself.

Enabling the module

Click your association’s name in the top left corner. Here you must tick “Task management” under “Add-on modules”. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page, after which the menu item “Task management” becomes visible on the left.

Creating a task

If you want to create a new task, click “Task management -> Create task”. Fill in the following:

  • Member (optional)

  • Task name

  • Deadline

  • Description

  • Owner (optional)

If several people in the association handle tasks, it is a good idea to assign an owner to tasks, so there is no doubt about who has primary responsibility for the task.

Task list

If you want to see a list of all unhandled tasks, choose “Task management -> Task list”.

If a task has been handled/completed, you can click the green icon on the far right, and this will mark the task as completed.

Tasks that have exceeded their deadline

If a task has exceeded its deadline, it will be highlighted in red on the front page/overview (the page shown immediately after you log in).

You will therefore always be aware when there are tasks whose deadline has been exceeded, and from the front page/overview you can easily click through to the task.
