The new layout

MemberOrganizer is being migrated gradually from an old layout (the original admin interface) to a new layout with an updated user interface and new features. More and more modules are moved to the new layout; some functions are only available there.

The new layout became available in mid-May 2026 and is expected to be fully implemented in autumn or by the end of 2026.

How to switch to the new layout

When you are signed in to the current layout (the old admin area), click the “New layout” link at the top right of the header bar.

You are taken to a page with information about the new layout and a button to open it. The button signs you in to the new layout automatically and securely — typically in a new browser tab.

You can switch back to the current layout at any time via the usual sign-in on your MemberOrganizer site until the old layout is eventually retired.

Only in the new layout

Child certificates

The module for collecting and managing child certificates is only available in the new layout — not in the old one. See Child certificates.

Member contracts (Beta)

The module for contracts with instructors and similar roles (templates, bulk creation, electronic acceptance, and archiving on members) is only available in the new layout and is marked Beta. See Member contracts.

AI assistant

The new layout includes AI assistant in the left-hand menu. The AI assistant gives more accurate and relevant answers than the Chat robot in the old layout, which mainly searches the user guide. Read more in AI assistant.

Catch-up bulk invoicing

If you forgot to send a recurring bulk invoice, you can in many cases catch up the missed period together with the next period’s invoices — only in the new layout. See Catch-up bulk invoicing (missed send-out).

Billing and subscription

In the new layout, under Account at the top right, you will find the menu items Billing and Subscription related to your MemberOrganizer subscription:

Billing

Here you can see invoices from MemberOrganizer for your use of the system — your subscription and add-on modules. The list shows invoice date, payment deadline, description, amount, and status. You can download each invoice as a PDF using the Download PDF button.

Subscription

Here you can see which modules your organisation currently pays for (Modules you currently pay for), and which modules you could add. The page also shows Number of members and the period used to calculate the average member count on your subscription invoice.

The page is an overview only — you cannot purchase modules here. Your organisation’s administrator can also use Cancel subscription from this page.
